We said yes of course but weren’t expecting we would. Not only did we get the price she suggested,but it sold within a few days! Unbelievable! Annelie was awesome! As newcomers to Alberta and “rural towns” she took the time to show us listings in multiple small towns from Coronation to Provost, hours of driving. She also took the time to explain how things are different in Alberta. Real estate rules, utilities, taxes and even getting our mail was different. She’s patient, attentive and friendly/funny ( I loved her animal/farm stories) She found us exactly what we were looking for (retirement home) and negotiated a great deal!
I would highly recommend her for your realtor you will be hard pressed to find someone better than her!!
