Annelie was awesome! As newcomers to Alberta and “rural towns” she took the time to show us listings in multiple small towns from Coronation to Provost, hours of driving. She also took the time to explain how things are different in Alberta. Real estate rules, utilities, taxes and even getting our mail was different.
